I was drawn to this comp because I have a fiercely feminine heroine of my own - my mom. She is, and has always been, a staunch supporter of both football and my art, and I thought this would be an awesome opportunity to combine the two. To all the SA football girls, and in fact all the women of SA: well done, and we are proud of you.
