Springleap.com runs awesome design contests for brands with big rewards for our global design community.
We 're looking for a a dynamic individual with services sales experience in the SME sector, who wants to further his/her career in Sales. You will be pitching design contest campaigns to brands and agencies across South Africa. You need to know how to build campaigns to generate leads and implement a structured approach to turn leads into clients.
A good understanding of advertising agencies and brands is imperative.
KEY OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualise,develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads
-
Implement a sales pipeline and sales fulfilment process to follow up on leads
-
Present and sell company services to potential clients
-
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
-
Develop and maintain product knowledge
-
Establish and maintain client databases and relationships
-
Identify and resolve client queries and concerns
-
Report on sales schedules, activities and planned actions
-
Participate in marketing events & network opportunities
-
Selling design contests and contest campaigns with large production runs
-
Selling value added services such as iCanHazSocial - social ad spend and strategy management
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Relevant tertiary qualification and at least 5 years direct experience in a services sales environment prefered

Valid Code 8 driver's license and own car essential

Advanced knowledge of PC use as well as web-based marketing and campaigning
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Good knowledge and passion for the design, tech and branding industry
